These terms govern your use of the Practimo app and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms.
License
Practimo grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own practice. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Purchases
Practimo's core tools — including the metronome and tuner — are free. The optional Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase (no subscription) made through Apple's App Store. Payments, taxes, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we don't process or store your payment details.
Your content
Notes, recordings, and other content you create stay on your device and remain yours. You are responsible for the content you record. Practimo claims no ownership of it.
No warranty
Practimo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. It is a practice aid, not professional, medical, or hearing-related advice. Use the metronome and any audio features at a comfortable volume.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Practimo and its maker are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
